Now, I know that many of you have been looking for a basic box, similar to what we've provided through Nextdoorganics in the past. I've been promising that we're working on it, and I am happy to say that we have a target date for you on that. In 2-3 weeks from now we will be starting one or more basic, produce only package options.
At this point, in order to prepare, I'd like to get a better sense of the interest in this new product. If you could, just send us an email with a quick note and let us know:
1) Are you interested in trying the new produce only package?
2) What package or product options are you looking for?
3) Do you want to see another pick-up location option?
4) If you work in an office within the Metro area, would you have any interest in an official workplace pickup location for you and your coworkers?
Your answers here will greatly help us provide the best service to you going forward. Our resources are extremely limited, so we have to choose very carefully the activities that we focus on, and while we have a ton of things that we want to do, we want to make sure that things we do first are helpful to the largest number of customers.
